I'm going to be away from home until June 13th, so I'll not be able to dispatch until then. There might be something you'd like amongst them.

I'll be advertising a few more horns, mutes, mouthpieces, etc. I'm not giving up playing, but, sooner or later, I'll probably need to downsize my home and I won't have the space - or I could be saving my executors a job! Either way, I'd like them to go to good homes and be enjoyed. Why am I selling? Over my playing career I've amassed several instruments and accessories that, now I'm over 80, I'll no longer need. Like the horn, the mouthpiece and the case are in great condition, too. This is a great example of Conn Elkhart crafstmanship in the 50' and 60's and a is joy to own and play. I've owned several horns from this period, when Conn built their instruments to last - and they certainly do. The 'crysteel' valves, slides and compression are all excellent and it plays with smoothness and ease at all volumes in all registers. The seamless Coprion bell is magnificent, giving the horn a bright, clear tone and a stunning appearance, which is enhanced by the stylish diagonal main brace. There are just a couple of places where the lacquer has worn and there's the tiniest speck of a ding in the bell. This is an absolutely beautiful horn, dating from 1956, in amazingly good condition.
